Big Dutch Bud (Fem)

Created in the mid-1990s, the “Big Dutch Bud” strain was repeatedly improved and reached perfection by the early 2000s. Big Dutch Bud is the product of long and painstaking selection of the best South African strains.

The result of this process is a very transcendental, mystical plant with a truly incomparable head effect that awakens an appetite for music, creativity, and philosophy. At worst, it gives you a craving for sweets. An ideal strain for rastas, drummers, artists, and poets.

Big Dutch Bud flowers are indeed very large and dense, consisting of many small, sharp blossoms resembling foxtails. As with most sativas, Big Dutch Bud has a rather long flowering period, so when grown under artificial light it can be accelerated by switching the plants to a 12/12 lighting schedule earlier.

The plants can grow very tall, reaching up to three meters outdoors. The typical Cannabis Sativa tendency to stretch can easily be used for LST and ScrOG growing methods.

An abundant outdoor harvest can be collected in mid-October, after 10 weeks of flowering. The final product has a rare mandarin flavor and a kind, positive high-drive effect.
